MPET Scrim Kraft(MSK) Facing
Metallised PET foil Scrim Kraft or MSK insulation is a vapour barrier and is one of the most commonly used finishes in the insulation industry today.MSK insulation finishes are made from lightweight MPET foil, laminated onto glass fibre thinset and then paired with a final layer of natural brown kraft paper, which is then laminated all together using a flame retardant adhesive.
MSK insulation is most commonly used for duct wraps, duct panels and mechanical rotating glass panels on the exposed surfaces of HVAC ductwork, but is also used for wadding on external walls and ceilings.

Foil Scrim Kraft(FSK) Facing
Foil Scrim Kraft or FSK insulating paper is a flame retardant, moisture-proof, radiation-proof material, is one of the most commonly used finishes in the insulation industry today. The FSK insulation finish is made of lightweight aluminium foil, layered over fiberglass thin pine cloth, which is then paired with a final layer of natural brown kraft paper. They are then all laminated together using a flame retardant adhesive.
