Aluminum foil is not only soft in texture, good ductility, easy to process, but also light and beautiful, easy to recycle, beneficial to environmental protection, is one of the most common materials in packaging industry. Due to the aluminum foil is easy to form pinholes to reduce barrier performance. It is often used to composite with materials such as film, polymer or other metal sheets. Practice has proved that aluminum foil composite material can greatly improve the barrier of packaging, increase the mechanical strength and mechanical properties, especially suitable for making flexible packaging vacuum foil bag and packaging liner, which is widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics and other commodities packaging.
I. Aluminum foil composites paper, taking use of its moisture, rust, gas resistance and corrosion resistance, laminating the paper to be the aluminum foil composite paper, or thermoplastic plastic film as adhesive aluminum foil and paper composite together into a multi-layer composite paper. This kind of composite paper combines the high barrier of aluminum foil with the folding resistance and impact resistance of paper material, and becomes a kind of high performance packaging material. At the same time, because the resin can be decomposed when heated to high temperature, so that paper and aluminum foil separation, thus greatly improving the recycling of materials, reduce the waste of materials and the load caused by the environment.
At present, there are many varieties of papers. The different paper is based on different needs. Kraft paper is used more in industrial product packaging. And plastic can be made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester film, especially polyester film made of aluminum composite paper, aluminum foil is not easy to break when folded, not easy to form pinhole, can keep its excellent barrier performance. Aluminum-plastic composite hose. aluminum-plastic composite material has good isolation performance, not easy to break, beautiful appearance, bright color, clean sanitation, easy to use, soft feel, good wrinkle resistance. Hose made of this material is better than the whole aluminum hose, which can be used as toothpaste, ointment, cosmetics, cleaning products, chemical products, paint and other packaging materials, including toothpaste packaging consumption is the largest, with the rapid popularization of domestic aluminum-plastic composite tube production line, aluminum foil tube of toothpaste cost reduction, used in toothpaste packaging composite utilization will increase rapidly.
Aluminum foil composite hose is made of aluminum foil, plastic or resin as the base material by a certain composite method, and then processed into tubular semi-rigid packaging products by a special tube machine. It is the replacement of all aluminum hose, mainly used for semi-solid (paste, dew body, colloid) small capacity sealing packaging. ① It is 20% ~ 30% lighter than the same specifications of all aluminum hose, and the amount of aluminum per unit product is reduced by 80%, so that the packaging is greatly lightweight.
The pipe making process is simple, suitable for high-speed and continuous production, less energy consumption, low cost and high production efficiency. The all-aluminum hose needs 4 ~ 5mm aluminum plate to go through punching round sheet, intermediate annealing, surface coating agent, punching round tube in reverse extrusion way and other processes, which has low efficiency and high cost, and the environmental load caused by the production process is large. The composite hose only uses one pipe making equipment to complete the pipe making operation at a time. Aluminum-plastic composite hose material is combined by co-extrusion process without adhesive, which is a clean production process.
③ The wall thickness of the composite flexible tube is 2 ~ 3 times thicker than that of the all-aluminum tube, and the rupture strength is also significantly higher than that of the all-aluminum tube, which enhances the safety of transportation and storage.
